Read Your Way to the Big Game!
Your child’s ability to read is a critical predictor of educational and lifelong success. Help establish a foundation of success for your child and support the Carolina & Clemson championship traditions by participating in the SC Department of Education’s 2018 Read Your Way to the Big Game contest.
All pre-k through eighth-grade students who read six books qualified to win tickets to the Palmetto Bowl on November 24. Winners received four tickets and pre-game sideline passes to the Clemson vs. Carolina game.

School Participation Winners
Schools with at least 70% student participation were entered to win one of two $2,000 school library grants. Five participating teachers were randomly selected to win $500 for their classroom. Two teachers or media specialists who had the best-decorated bulletin board, wall or door, using the contest as a theme and who submitted photos using the form below were selected to win $500.
